Help needed here.

Hi, i just created a plugin, called Pheonix. I think I posted it already.

Anyway, the help is nnot about the plugin.
I just want some explanations about some functions.

I already read the AMXMODX.doc, but still fail
to figure it out.

Here's one of function.

read_data

- Well, I looked into someone plugin and saw this function.

- He just wrote read_data(2) to get what weapon is the user using.
I think it's a plugin called weapon cloak. Now tell me, what does
the number 2 stands for?

Really glad if you can help... :cry: :cry: :cry:

Ooops..forgot about this..

oops, i think i left out this question.

Erm....like example, I'm creating a plugin that allow user
to save a coordinate in the map by using a command,
and another command is to teleport to the saved origin.

like this

Quote:

public cmd_svorigin(id)
{
new origin[3]

get_user_origin(id, origin, 0)
// When user use this command, it will store his current origin.
}

public cmd_teleportorigin(id, origin[3])
{
set_user_origin(id, origin)
// When user use this command, he will be teleported to the origin
// in 'cmd_svorigin'.
}
Yeah, like that. Is is correct?

Well, if it is, all I need now is how to add like sprites to make
the plugin look cool, and sounds too.

When the user teleport to his saved origin, sprite will appear for a while
at the place. Like in UWC3 mod.

Help me. :( :( :(

Depends on what event he used.
