Mssage/event for +voicerecord

1. Is there any event/message to catch when a user is doing +voicerecord?
I saw something callad VoiceMask but i dont know what that is.

2. Sprites that is located in HLserver/valve/sprites, where are they located for users (Counter-Strike)?

3. How to remove the big ugly voice-icon over players head when doing +voicerecord?

Another question:
Is it possible to change the sprite or the color of the sprite that appears in the right lower corner when sending audio (+voicerecord)

1. No

2. cstrike/sprites/

3. Replace your voiceicon.spr with a blank sprite.

4. No.

You might be able to Use FM to replace the voice icon sprite

You might also be able to find_ent_by_model the sprite during client_PreThink, since you now know what the model is. Or even by class, I dunno.

1. Isn't there any way to catch the button or something?

3. I meaned for all players, to overwrite it or something (I'd prefer to remove it completely)?

4. Would it be possible to overwrite it?

You can try catching +voicerecord with client_command

Don't think that'll work.
