[PAID Request] ZBlock's zb_dramaticheadshots
 
Basically if anyone is familiar with ZBlock's zb_dramaticheadshots, it attempts to recreate the 1.6 ragdoll death and does a pretty decent job. It makes kills in css more enjoyable.

I dont want to run zblock just for that command, so I am looking to see if someone can recreate this in sourcemod.

You know you can spawn ragdolls and teleport them with velocity, they just go clientside real fast.

so like servers with increased phys_pushscale but only for headshots?

With zBlock I handled the "player_death" event, checked if it was by a headshot.
Got a handle to the dead player's ragdoll (CCSPlayer::m_hRagdoll).

Multiplied CCSRagdoll::m_vecForce.x and CCSRagdoll::m_vecForce.y by 3.4.
Then set CCSRagdoll::m_vecForce.z to 9000.
