Changing the clock cs
 
Hello I would like to generate the round time this type:

but instead has the HUD in?

Maybe Orpheu could do that, Other than that I don't think so.

You can remove this hud (xPaw did it on his Deathrun manager) and add your custom hud using hud_message.

probably because you need continiously sending RoundTime message, either hook it with register_message, and apply changes there.
