Re: Reading from an encrypted file.

If you tell AMXX how to decrypt the file, yes

Re: Reading from an encrypted file.

If you know of an example could you PM it to me?

Re: Reading from an encrypted file.

It all depends on how you encrypted the file

Re: Reading from an encrypted file.

Im not familiar on this field but im sure I can understand it if I try.

Re: Reading from an encrypted file.

If you are trying to read an encrypted file, then you should already know what the encryption on it is. Otherwise, I don't understand your request.

Regardless, a Module will be required, you cannot do this with the Core AMXX alone

Re: Reading from an encrypted file.

alright :P
what specific module would be required?
is it possible with engine or fakemeta?

Re: Reading from an encrypted file.

A module that does not come with AMXX. I doubt one is created, but you can search for one if you want

Re: Reading from an encrypted file.

ah ok thanks that answers the possibility of doing this for my project.
wont do it.

Alternatively, can an plugin treat another plugin .amxx as an source to read from?
instead of an .ini or .cfg.
since I would need methods that wont compromise the checks executed.
lets say by an nosy server owner that likes to modify .ini or .cfg files.

Sure, why not? Good luck trying to get any usable information out of it since it's a binary.

What? That makes no sense.
