Maybe your model is "sas" or there isn't only one sound which contains "pl_"

I have another question, how do you add a radius to the sound? Ex. if the player is inside the 400 radius he will hear the sound.

play around with this... Float:att is the radius of sound heard by players.

 emit_sound ( index, channel, const sample[], Float:vol, Float:att, flags, pitch )

the sound wont work in this code just edit it and put a sound you have then test it and play round with settings and see how it works
