Frag counter modification.
 
Hello,

Someone help me to remove sounds (monsterkill.wav, monsterkill.wav) and the HUD message (Best player of the round: %s",sname) from this plugin. I just want from that plugin just to count frags, I don`t want to hear any sound or to see the message mentioned above.
