Hmm, I may need this plugin soon in TF2 to find out what hidden way Valve is using to update vote counts.

If they're not using UserMessages for it.

Fixed after L4D2 Last Stand update.

MAXEVENTS increased from 386 to 389.

Changed the plugin version to 1.0.3.

Probably the plugin will break on SM 1.11 version.
(warning 241: Array-based enum structs will be removed in 1.11)
