a person logs on my server and changes its name every second for the name of another player on the server, is there a plugin against it?

I'm using :
SMAC and Kigen's Anti-Cheat, but they don't block my problem.

Although you are running a slightly older version, I don't think anything has changed with the name-spam code. It seems to be working.

Try spamming sm_rename on yourself to see if you get kicked.

I tried to use the command sm_rename, but it doesn't work.

It renames a player to a name and renames him back at that moment, so nothing changes.

Yes it does do that, and my point was to try spamming it a few times on yourself to see if SMAC kicks you for name change spam.
