Updated to 1.1
This fixes issues with CS:GO and adds a few requested features. Changes:
No saving of games across mapchanges / reconnects yet and L4D is probably still having issues. |

Some minigames were causing L4D2 server crashes sometime after the player got hurt whilst playing a mini-game game.
Replacing the lines that have "FL_ONGROUND" with "SetEntityMoveType(client, MOVETYPE_NONE);" and replacing "FL_CLIENT" lines with "SetEntityMoveType(client, MOVETYPE_WALK);" seemed to fix the issue. Also some of these plugins will eventually break: "warning 241: Array-based enum structs will be removed in 1.11" |

Year 2023 has come and current version of the SM is 1.12, so it's time to share the code for 1.10 :)

There are no crashes : neither in the first nor in the second part, does it make sense to complicate the code unnecessary?
