Here again with a useful little plugin, first release of a plugin since almost a full year.

Description:
Fixes the reload time of the SG552 since the animation would end and the player wouldn't be able to use the weapon for 0.6 seconds after the animation had terminated.

Cvars:
l4d2_sg552fix_version You know what this is
No other Cvars this is a simple drag and drop installation.

Note: This does not enable the CS:S weapons.
Approved in less than 5 minutes, wow lol.

This does not require SDKHooks. However, this is a known issue and the work around is valid, so I've approved it.

Yeah, this happens a lot more with the mp5. Just change line 35 to this and recompile.

The MP5 doesn't have a reload issue, it just happens that if you reload and shove during the reload the animation stops, it's most likely a problem with the animation.

Is this plugin only available for client or server admin installs it, every player in this server could acquire this fix as well?

It's a game fix, all players get it.

Ive never had a problem with the sg552 its my fav gun, the mp5 however often pauses before continueing to fire and is sloooooooooooowwwwwwww

Use get plugin and drop the .smx to sourcemod\plugins.

Did this fix the mp5 problem caused when you shove during reload and then can't fire for a few seconds?

probably not. I think McFlurry explained that it wouldn't work shortly after I posted that.
the mp5 is most likely a problem that you can't fix with a plugin. you would need valve to patch and fix the animation problem.

Recent L4D2 "The Last Update" just fixes this, no longer need to use
