FPS Drop - PC Fix

Hey Guys I'd like to know why I have FPS drop on CS. I mostly play HideNSeek (iGz) and it drops a lot! That is terrible to me. I'd like to know which computer part I have to upgrade to fix that.

Here is somethings my actual computer have, if you need more information to answer me tell me and I'll search.

Windows 7 Home Premium
AMD Phenom II x4 9600 2.3 Ghz
ZOGIS GeForce 9800 GTX 1gb Ddr3
4gb RAM (Idk the brand nor the speed)
MSI MS-7309

I had similar problems and talked about it in many threads.
do you have some lag in some maps, even in a local game without bots, problems with lights or a specific mod ?

@ANTICHRISTUS: it get worse in awp_map. I think when its not HideNSeek mod it have good fps.
@Jelle: I already searched ofc, but I'd like to know which of MY computer parts need to be upgraded. I can't pay to upgrade all of my computer parts, so I'd like to know the best to upgrade...

You hardware should not make FPS drops like you describe. It is software related.

I had a horrible lag, even in a local game in some maps like he_bloodstrike, and with the grenade lights in zp.
it was my memory (RAM), maybe it's your problem too, idk.

4GB RAM should do just fine. I myself am only using 4GB RAM, and I have not had any issues. Since he is having the phenom II he has DDR3 RAM which should be fast enough no matter what brand, speed or timings it has, unless he has manually set it to 666Mhz, and even that should be able to run GoldSrcds games nicely.

before to install the f*** TV capture card, everything was working finely, with my 2 GO or ram.
after that it was a mess.
