Hi, i am just wondering is it somehow possible that i can script halflife trigger_changelevel for cs 1.6? So if you like step into trigger_changelevel it would change it.

"trigger_changelevel" won't work on ANY multiplayer game, it would be stupid if it did.

I don't know if it triggers touch tough, you should hook touch on it and change the level... I mean a plugin, because this is scripting help for plugins.

It does work, why should it be stupid? It's a good entity to make maps a sort of for singleplayer.

BTW, it could be enabled client side by copy and paste halflife client.dll and the game dll to dlls folder and enable those in liblist.gam but i would want it to be enabled without it.

I meant on actual multiplayer mode, HL deathmatch for example, CS 1.6, CZ, etc... but if you start it as singleplayer it works, ofc... this is not a mapping forum section tough so I must assume stuff.

EDIT: yes I know what you meant, I gave HLDM as example because HL has maps with that entity already in it, and it would be logic to invalidate it on multiplayer mode to prevent the server from changing maps when players move into those areas.

Hook the entity touch ? Search, it's been discussed serval times.
You can use server_cmd("changelevel mapname") to change map when trigger occurs.

I meant for 1.6, so it should also work in CZ too.

No. If you do not know how to write plugins then you will either need to learn first or post your request in the requests section.

Ofcourse i am terrbile in scripting, thats why i always ask help from my friend if he is online to fix my problems.
