It was made by Tirant.. search in the Approved Plugins section, you'll find the thread. Post there for your request.

Okey, i'm new here so i don't see your point :
1. Why should i post the name of the Creator of the plugin.
2. Why should i post my problem in "Approved Section" (I Know where is the plugin i gave link to the release...)
3. Isn't this section for my kind of problem ? I understand the word request, like i am in need of something and this is the place to ask for it, so i'm asking if anyone can edit this plugin, or only the creator of the plugin has rights to edit it and thats why i should post there ?

And i'm not trying to pick up a fight or anything i just don't see your point, so if you can enlight my ignorance ?

If you do not know sufficient English to comprehend what either I or Kreation say, then you need to go the multilingual section.

If you can understand English, then:

Post in the plugin's thread for problems related to that specific plugin. If it is a plugin you created and you need help, post in Scripting Help. If you are requesting something to be MADE, or something to be changed in a plugin in which the author is no longer active, THEN you can post in this section.

1. Nobody asked you for the name of the creator, we already know.
2. Because the author usually knows the plugin the best and is usually the one who can do it quickest. So, you should always try by posting in the plugin's thread first then, and only then, you can post here if you don't get an answer in 14 days.
3. See #2 and everybody has "rights" to edit the plugin.
