Help hosting a server

Salutare am si eu o problema!Am facut un srv de cs Zombie Plague Advance si am nevoie de ajutor pt host!Am gasit pe cnv care sa il tina deschis dar am niste nelamuriri..exista vreun program prin care pot sa modific srv dak srv este pe alt pc..cum ar fi sa ma conectez la el pe pc ceva de genu..sunt incepator Va rog dak puteti sa imi dati niste detalii despre cum functioneaza hosting-ul
