Why would you need a task ?
ScreenFade message has arguments so you can set the length of the blind. See ScreenFade Util |

No, that would to make a player blind forever, but process would take 15 seconds.
Use UTIL_ScreenFade and set flHoldTime to 15.0 sec. |
