[REQ] Advanced HUD Message
 

So Here are the features i was looking for :

• An In-Game Menu for the commands (optional)

• Display a HUD message at the following position
  Center
  Left
  Right
  Down

• Display HUD messages with RRRGGGBBB Colors

• Display a HUD Message with an effect

0 = fade in/fade out
1 = flickery credits (these effects are already featured in the set_hudmessage native)
2 = write out

I Found a SIMILAR Plugin just like this one
Permanent message but it doesn't have to be permanent that's ALL i need

That one is only for testing purpose and find the place you want, it's only for development.

yes i have tested hudmessage placer before , if someone can edit "Permanent Message" plugin so the message wont be permanent and maby add a an option for how long the message will last till it disappears
