There is a version of colorchat that can do this, obviously lol. I'm not entirely sure which but it's here somewhere.

Any colorchat can do that.

Here would be an example code for that picture using the standard ColorChat include.
Code:
#include < colorchat > foo( ) {     ColorChat( 0, RED, "^4[GunGame]^1 The^3 TERRORIST^1 team is trailing on level^4 16^1 ::^4 ak47" );     ColorChat( 0, BLUE, "^4[GunGame]^3 Hy3 sAk0 818 amC^1 stole^4 2^1 points from^4 Tutu.^1 (gained^4 2^1)" );     ColorChat( 0, RED, "^4[GunGame]^1 The^3 TERRORIST^1 team is trailing on level^4 15^1 ::^4 famas" );     ColorChat( 0, RED, "^4[GunGame]^1 The^3 TERRORIST^1 team is trailing on level^4 16^1 ::^4 ak47" ); }

The same way you see blue names of CT players chatting while beeing T.
The SayText message needs a sender id, wich it gets the team of and prints the color, it has nothing to do with the player who gets the message unless he's specified as the sender.

ConnorMcLeod's native requires not only an include, but a plugin running. Without the plugin running, the colorchat he provided doesn't work.
