Editing of Basevotes
 

Hello!

I have a custom basevotes-plugin. It blocks certain stuff, for example you cant do a mapvote until 10 minutes is left of the map.

Our request is:
We want this plugin to be scripted so that mapvotes cannot be done if not 4 maps are selected and the first opinion should ALWAYS be "continue this map" or something like that.
