[ZP] Zombie Class: Boomer[v1.3]

Description
This is a Zombie Class Zombie Plague. It can vomits by binding the command "boomer_vomit". It can also affect nearby humans when boomer dies. Effects: Blind(Screen covered in green).

CVars(Numbers in "" are the default)

zp_boomer_vomit_dist "300" - Radius of vomit
zp_boomer_explode_dist "300" - Radius of explode
zp_boomer_blind_time "4" - Blind time
zp_boomer_vomit_cooldown "10.0" - Vomit cooldown
zp_boomer_victim_render "1" - If victim should get glow after being hit by vomit.
zp_boomer_in_use_bind "1" - 1: Plugin will use client's defuse/plant button | 0: Clients will need to bind [key] boomer_vomit MANUALLY
zp_boomer_ap_reward "2" - How many Ammo Packs does boomer get for every human who get affected.

Known Bugs:
- Explosion effect doesn't work for some people. If anybody finds out what's the problem. Please PM or post here.

1. Blinded after killing boomer at 300 radius.

Note: Explosion effect may not work with bots, I am not sure with that.

Remove that and use return PLUGIN_HANDLED in command to prevent 'unknown command' spam

:) Think of a Left 4 Dead 2 Boomer, but without those noisy idle sounds. That is what my boomer have. :)
