Is it possible to detect double or triple headshot?

Do you mean at the same time? Or within a certain time period? Because the answer is yes.

I think he means headshots per 1 bullet.

Wrecked_ you have to reset the counter when the killer kills someone without headshot

What he wrote isn't for a kill streak or something. All his plugin did was count headshots.
