No Recoil Problem
 
I try to search alot of i have a problem:

client_PreThink is an engine forward, add :

#include <engine>

I do not think you can prevent the screen from shaking. This is also a problem with a Superhero called Agent Zero. Well. It is impossible to fix it on the hero at least.

Maybe catching and blocking ScreenShake event?

Perhaps hook Ham_Weapon_PrimaryAttack (post) and Ham_Weapon_SecondaryAttack (post) and set the punch angle then.
