HL1 Messages/Events
 
I know this http://wiki.amxmodx.org/Half-Life_1_Game_Events#SayText but I'm looking for other messages. Maybe those from engine.

I mean, those messages in wiki are from cs/cz (starting at id 64 as I see with "meta list"). I'm looking for messages below 64.

Is there any list available? And what about HL game specific messages?

Arkshine is right, SVC_xxx messages are for HL and all mods.
For HL specific events type meta game in server console.

What's between SVC_TIMESCALE (55) and VoiceMask (64) ?

After some search I've found :

VoiceMask is specific to each player, it's the list of audible players.

If, due to gamerules (alltalk, team, dead) player a can hear player b, in the last VoiceMask message sent to player a, arg 1 bit will contain 1<<(b-1)
Arg 2 contain players that player a would have muted via options players list.
