SourceMod Framework?

Hello everyone, I have been trying to get a way for developing and testing my own plugins. I got Metamod:S and SourceMod installed on a Dedicated TF2 LAN Server running on my computer but when I run TF2 I can't see my LAN game.

Both the Dedicated Server and TF2 are running on same computer with same Steam account. If doing so is not possible, which workaround do you recommend?

Right-click on "Team Fortress 2 Dedicated Server", click on "Set launch options" and put in:

Code:

-console -game tf +sv_lan 1 +map koth_sawmill
You can change the startup settings to your liking. I use that method because it's faster to start the sever like that.

Just curious why do you want it to be lan anyways?

If you ever had someone need to come help you test something, they couldnt. Whats wrong with normal server?

+ normal local servers show up on your LAN tab in-game anyway. (At least mine does)

I couldn't make it work that way, maybe I was doing something wrong. Anyway, the solution provided by Mati solves it
