Hello. I've been finding anything like this plugin, but haven't found. If it exists say me and i'll delete this.
[ZP] Random Extra On New Round
Current version: 1.0

I've decided to make ZP more funny ^_^
Description:
This plugin gives random extra item to every human after first infection(after zp_delay)
and every zombie after he has been infected.
Credits:
MeRcyLeZZ - for your greate ZP mod where i found a lot of interesting and useful things.
Cvars:
zp_random_extras_human 1 //1=enable giving random extras to humans 0=disable
zp_random_extras_zombie 1 //1=enable giving random extras to zombies 0=disable
zp_random_extras_hud 1 // 1=shows hud messages 0=doesn't show
There is zp_random_extras.ini file to entering there extras which you want to be randomly giving.
Type to EXTRAS string after "=" in HUMAN section Extra Item names comma which will be giving to humans
and to EXTRAS string after "=" in ZOMBIE section Extra Item names comma which will be giving to zombies.
This plugin is multilingual and you can translate it to your language in random_extras.txt file. Translations are welcomed :)
To work correctly zp_random_extras.ini should be copied to %csdir%/addond/amxmodx/configs,
random_extras.txt to %csdir%/addond/amxmodx/data/lang

Some mistakes fixed.
Checked stability with Silver Bullets, Chainsaw, Anti-Infection Armor, Radar Scanner, Pack Of Grenades, Antidote Bomb, Dual MP5, Drag ability and Concussion Grenade.
PS Extra Item names are case sensivity!

Okay, first of all GJ.
But, if i use this with Respawn (DM) is there any posibility to make it happen only in first spawn?

Hmmm... It uses HLTV event and it gives you random item after first infection.
Ps i don't understand your question exactly...

I'm using it with Respawn , too . This make the game rounds faster .

4eRT , i think he means this random will be given only first spawn , when respawned ( Use deathmatch mode for zombies ) , zombie doesnt get random extras .

No no no. Round started. Passed 10 sec. Every human has got random extra. When you are infected you get random extra too. Check cvars.
With deathmatch it works only first spawn/infection. I no dunno what do you want. However, say me what you want clearly and i'll include it :)
