Help with Plugin

I want to create a plugin that is:

A menu that shows the
  • 1 stats
    2 top 15
    3 rank
    4 bet team
    5 admin
    6 rules
    7 website
    8 help
    9 exit

this is

\stats
\rank
\bet "team" "money"
\admin
\rules
\help

the website redirects to the default browser with the add webpage in the plugin

Can someone add the Code, because im not realy good with coding I only could make one. I realy need a Pawn tuturial, can someone tell me one.

This is in the right place because i only want the code because ill add more thinks to the plugin. And with this think i dont need help with it.

If it's a request, it's not the right section.

There's pawn tutorials in the Code snippets and tutorials forum, in our wiki and in pawn's site in compuphase.
You said you want to create a plugin and you are asking us to give the code to you, so what was your purpose once again? But I pretty much guess you should do what ark said, post to sugs & reqs.

Edit to your edit:

No this is not the right place. Do you think that people compile the plugin for you in sugs & reqs section or why you think people wouldn't give only the code in there? It doesn't matter anything if you later change the code, this is still a request for a complete plugin.
