SQLx or NVault?

Which from those cause more lag for your server, saving the same data?

Depends, SQL can be slow depending of host server but have more funcs, like sorting and finding more easy data, nVault can be fast and more easy to work with it...if you have massive data to work with use SQL else nVault will be ok.

If you use nVault, you should use SQLite, it's faster.
