- copy smx file to addons/sourcemod/plugins/
- copy witchred.txt file to addons/sourcemod/gamedata/

- your tank is very cool but i don't think that's good idea
-I think you should replace it with another tank idea
Like: when the tank appears, it will fall from the sky and create an earthquake, it would be cool
