Custom smoke grenade colors

Description:

Adds a !smoke command to bring up a smoke grenade color customizing menu, so people dont have to mess with the console. The color code will be stored on the client side, till changed the next time.

Commands:

• sm_smoke - console

• !smoke - chat

Requirements:

SourceMod :P
Insurgency: Modern Infantry Combat
Insurgency Chat

Install Usage:

ins_smoke.smx goes to addons/sourcemod/plugins
ins_smoke.sp to addons/sourcemod/scripting

Bugs:

Nothing at the moment.

This also works great along with INS Gun Menu. Good job. Both should be approved...
