No Estimated Time of Arrival. So far, I think nothing has been done.
K4ryuu said that they were working on it, but we didn't get any proof of work being done, and we got really vague answers (or none at all) about how the project was going.

databomb just came back. Let's hope they stay, and start working on hosties again.
Probably unlikely, but hey, let's hope we get something one day, whoever the dev is.
We're probably going to wait a few more months though. Best solution would be to rewrite the entire plugin, because the lastrequest.sp file is a mess.

K4ryuu if you read this, please communicate more about your work, and start publishing code to your repo :)

Due to the plugin not being maintained anymore and having no communication, I have decided to create a new fork called Hosties+, which is based on ENT_Hosties.

If anyone wants to try Hosties+, I would appreciate feedback and bug reports.
