[Help] Please, help me editing this Plugin!!.

Hey Guys Can someone edit this plugin
So he add a new sound for the stormsword knife "Idle_sound" like when you have the knife you dont change to another weapon "so the knife starts a moves like waving it or smth , plugin is in the attatchments im sorry for bad english !
