I see no reason for that. Normally for admins to be able to change any cvar, they need access for the cvar flag. Why do you want them to change all other cvars but UltimatPlugin's cvars?

Because, i dont want that anyone mess with my server setting except me, specially this cool plugin cvars...

Well it is easy then, don't give anyone cvar access. Remove it from all your admins' flags.

Besides I am not sure if it is possible, never had to think about it. If anyone knows the answer to his question, I am all ears.

i know if i remove g flag then admins cannot change any important cvar like hpk and other cvar.. anyways ok if it not possible :)

I think not all people update their server but you can put a cvar to put it on/off

And if someone use fullupdate it's lags server !

Well If a person does not update their server, that's there problem.

I don't think blocking fullupdate will make a difference, besides I think that blocking fullupdate will be affected when a player is trying to record a demo. Not sure about this also.
