[CSGO] R8 Revolver Fixes

This mod exists to fix as many of the major issues with the R8 Revolver as possible.
Current features: - Blocks firing secondary in freezetime and while defusing the bomb - Adds a weapon_fire event when firing secondary mode (thanks to zipcore) There seem to be quite a few additional bugs with this weapon and I will be happy to fix any that I see or are brought up to me. That...was precisely my thought when I saw a video that showed it. I gave it a test and yes, you can use the secondary fire while defusing. That was astonishingly bad enough that I decided to fix it even though I haven't ever really run a CS:GO server.

I've added the missing weapon_fire event. Which is needed to make prop hunt balanced again.

My apologies, I haven't worked with Sourcemod in a while and I had completely forgotten SPEdit's rather irritating bug of not switching to the tab that caused it to be opened.

I uploaded a slightly modified version of yours, zipcore. The only noticeable difference is that the secondary fire event uses "deagle" for the weapon string to bring it in line with the primary fire weapon string.

Would love to see a standalone plugin that disabled the purchase of the R8 revolver for all players.

Unfortunately that's out of the scope of this plugin. I'm uncertain whether I'd even want balancing fixes included. (e.g. not making it a flawless shot)
