cpu usage problems cs:go dedicated server
 

Hello!

I have problem with cpu usage. Right now im using soyoustart.com game dedicated server hosting
GAME-1 Intel I7-4790K 4c/8t 4GHz /4.4GHz 16GB DDR3 1333 MHz 1x120GB SS

Right now im using ubuntu 16.04 from templates when there is 20 players +/- cpu starts go more then 80% i tried out even with empty server without any custom plugins with 10 bots on linux cpu usage was around 40-50% i know bots eat more but still is way too much.
Also first thing what i tried out was Windows Server 2016 cracked cpu usage was around 2-5% but i had way more bigger sv lag spikes in server with 10 bots.
I don't have any other chance try out other windows versions because i only i have in templates linux versions i need to buy license and like i said win 2016 server cracked version what i got try out.

i'm using 128 ticks and mod 1v1 arena.

As i saw on the screenshot there is no anomaly there, a 128 ticks causing a high load on the Core (2), it's ok where is the problem ?

or install tuned-adm and run command: tuned-adm profile latency-performance

cpu is running at max speed too and affects the var, it trops to better values 0.002 - 0.006

unlucky me today :/
