Dilemma with a banned player

So a steamer guy got banned for wallhack and said there was not the screenshots of when he got banned, there was just some old sceenshot, did is possible to it being a bug? Or he used "something" to disable admins make screenshot on his cstrike folder? What are the possibilities to don't have the screenshots on his cstrike folder if we are sure the admin used the command amx_ss on him (have demo that proof the use of screenshot command).

Possibility #1 - his game has hardcode slowhacking protection and plugins can't execute commands on it.
Possibility #2 - he lied.

Well you can figure it out by the date the SS were editted(says so on the details of the file on Windows), if they were new or old ones. He is probably lying, I've seen it before, and he can simply delete them and claim they were never taken.

Back in my day the admins were required to take a small demo as well just in case considering it's an old game and no plugin is perfect. I suggest you do it as well, to be 100% sure nothing goes wrong.

Nobody mentioned anything about those screenhots even existing. He clearly said that the screenshot didn't exist so there's nothing to check.
