[TF2] Shortstop Shove Animation Fix
 

As advertised.

I didn't know that the Shortstop was supposed to have animations until yesterday, so I wrote this up yesterday.

This does the same thing as https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=293002, but without gamedata (or any external dependencies, really).

I'm assuming Valve will eventually hook up the secondary attack anim event to the right activities at some point, but until then, there's this.

Beautiful. How did I know you'd be the one to make this?

I edited a note to direct people to this if they want a version that doesn't use gamedata/DHooks into https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=293002

This plugin will be a very useful code resource for developing other animation related plugins. I've already got a few ideas jotted down and the code saved for future reference.
