Dead talk off?
 

I have recently set up a jailbreak server, I have been looking everywhere for a way to stop dead people talking to alive people but cant seem to find one?! Could someone please help

It makes a difference if this is a CS:S or CS:GO server. I can't keep up with all the new CS:GO convars. Go to your server console and type 'find talk' and configure all those server convars appropriately for your needs.
