Sourceban kicks=bans

when somebody gets kicked from the server it bans them but the ban doesnt show in bans on sourcebans. its some kind of error that i need fixed if anyone has any idea let me know

I reported this topic for being in the wrong section.

Are there any errors in your logs? Looks like a database issue.
