Also, you can really be a test of patience.

Mostly because you don't get how to pass an index into another forward, or even what index is.
But I hope you know it now, as I took my time to really explain it a few days ago.

Indexes are for noobs, leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeetscripters like me don't need them! :D /sarcasm

The cvar thing is taken out of context. Like, really, really taken out of context.

It can still be a small test of patience. You do know very well that you can only register cvars in plugin_init.

I'm sure you just meant it as a joke, but in a few of my scripts I really have switched the boolean player arrays for a single variable using bitwise operations to save on mem usage. Thus eliminating the need to index the array.

actually you can register cvars anywhere in the code, just most cases it's best to do it in plugin_init so you know your only calling it once. But sometimes you'll notice people register cvars in plugin_precache(mostly on/off switch cvars for the plugin) or plugin_cfg.

I am aware of that. But the chances that you are going to be registering a cvar outside plugin_init in SH mod is so small, that I might as well teach him that.
