Maybe not work non-steam because plugin look players "unique SteamID"..
Not work if server is full STEAM_666:88:666 cheaters-pirate-css-vac-banned-noobs:nono:

And then, when i drive Cs 1.6 Steam mode.. Local Server Content. Ofc everything works fine omg :D .. thanks for your help anyways :)
