Ok i see.
The problem is that i can't hold the shield! It simply stay on the back, how can i take it from the back and put it in front of me?
That's the problem.
Anyway if you can make it like a melee weapon (i can kill zombies using it), it would be AWESOME. But as now i can't even equip it!

You can using !shield to operate if you are using the old one.

You can not equip shield is not the problem of plugin, It is because you have not unlock shield weapon.

You can try cheating commond: give riotshield, to see if you have unlock shield weapon.

You can use this for example to unlock riot shield.

I downloaded that plugin, but looks like it didn't unlock the shield...

Tomorrow i can make a working version for you, you only have to send me a pn, that i donÄt forget it. but there's on thing, if clients on you sever want to use the riot shield they have to download the vpk too.

I do not know how to unlock shield, I use a vpk file, it works fine.
I think someone know how to unlock it, they will help.

When the tank hits your in shield you fly away. Сan you block it?

Ehi pan!
Could you update it and make it so shields instead of protecting from 0% or 100% of damage could protect from a determined cvar?

For instance you could make it so:
"l4d_shield_damage_from_ci" "40" would mean that if common infected attack me where i have the shield, i only take 40% of their damage...

That would be cool, because some players in my server abuse this plugin using 1 shield on the back and 1 on the front, being so invulnerable!

If you could change those cvar from 0 and 1, and making it like a %, it would be a perfect work!

Hey I tested it out. And the shield on the back works great.
Only 1 thing. When the shield is dropped It drops an ''Hunter claw''
do you know why this is dropped and how I should fix it so it will drop the shield.
