This plugin is for those who want a server to be running when there are players in it, no matter what team they are on. It allows for survivor teams to face infected bot teams, or infected teams to face an all survivor bot team. The server will hibernate if all players leave the server, as opposed to the server constantly running if all players left it.

You need to be careful with checking for no players at OnClientDisconnected, im told it has been too early occasionally. (thats why l4dscores has a delayed timer)

It appears OnClientDisconnect does not occur when all players leave to the lobby. I've added a failsafe to prevent this from happening now.
