Plugin to make announcements
 

Hi,

Could you please recommend a plugin to make different announcements for all players? I mean, I would like to type the text, and it should be shown to all players.

Try using the 'Custom Messages plugin by [GR]Nick. Here's a link: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=80584

It allows you to type in text and have it show on the center of HUD. Allows for custom prefix of message, as well as message duration. Very handy tool.

Thanks. However, this plugin takes text from a prepared file. I want to make an announcement on what I type in at that moment.

Thanks, that what I looked for. Unfortunately, it does not understand the Unicode text. I write in Russian and get just a series of squares on the screen. It perfectly works in English.

If someone could point me an example of how to use Unicode text, it would be perfect.
