Annoying CS:S Terminated Round

Hi, I run a CS:S server with Zombie:Reloaded plugin but there is a problem that when player join the team while the round is progressing. if player choose any team and join (while round is progressing), the round will got terminated and `Game Commencing` Message will show up. This is happened randomly sometime and it's super annoying. Is there any command, convar or plugin that can stop this?

I fixed it. I change to use custom sourcemod that provided by Botox on github, and it's has no problem anymore.

I'm have done this by compiling sourcemod botox version and using his zombiereloaded plugin on his git.

after I installed them, I really didn't do anything and it just work as fine.
