I can't confirm these two issues. I've been running a non-CSDM GabenMod server for ~8 hours now and it hasn't crashed yet ^^ And I was playing on it too, didn't have any problems there.

I dont want a picture of gaben all over my server, can I use it without the sprite or just replace it?

On a Linux-Server with latest Metamod-p and latest Amxx the cpu hits 20% usage, even if there no player on the server.

Is this the normal behavior ?

I think you forgot the GABEN module....
I saw natives in the gaben.inc but no module sooo...

Update: Fixed a serious hostage bug (okay, not that serious but they didn't get godmode so the entire cs_ map system didn't work any more) and optimized everything a bit ^^

AllMassive: Try again with my updated version, that should reduce it a bit ^^ But yes, it's kinda normal, I know servers running with 20% CPU usage without any players although I'm trying to avoid that for GabenMod of course :P

OneEyed: Nope! The natives, forwards etc. are registered in GabenMod's engine (gm_engine) ^^

6pack: Open the GabenMod menu (gm_menu), go to the 2nd page, remove every gaben and save it. but why wouldn't you want gaben in there? :o
