When i enter counter strike 1.6 Black screen why?ever Since when I got steam update today it I am getting a black screen when I enter counter strike 1.6. HELP IMMEDIATELY!!

since this update, everyone is having problems.

You are having a black screen, look what I have. I reinstalled counter-strike 1st, but didnt work, so i reinstall steam and counter-strike the 2nd time, and still no solution.

IM GETTING THE SAME AS YOU NOW NO BLACK ANYMORE
GETTING GREEN AND QUARTER CS PICTURE JUST LIKE THE ONE U PUT ABOVE!!

I think to fix, u need to go to OPTIONS => VIDEO to fix .

Hey bro. listen, this is what i did and it worked just fine with me

go to steam => Library => right click on Counter-Strike => Properties => SET LAUNCH OPTIONS

and write this in the box..


-console -dxlevel 90 -windowed


open ur cs, and it will open, then go to options => videos and do it as you like.
If this doesnt work, remove counter-strike, and then install it and put the '-console -dxlevel 90 -windowed' in the box.

Dont like it and doesnt let me choose a team how do I return it to normal immeditely!!

what do u mean?

Dont leave it small.. 1st to fix, it will be small, then make it big and u can play.
