iam having a hlds on lan ...server having fps at nice range..ping at nice low rates but.....when i chnage map ...my server take too much time ..can u guys tell me y..it take too much time..and after when map chnage after 30 sec to 35...
every one goon frm server ..help me plzzzz

Loading times normally are much more dependent on I/O performance than anything else. Try defragmenting your game files, and check if your HDD transfer rates are correct considering it's model (and possibly, get a better one if it's too old or too slow for today's standards).

Check your mp_chattime setting. It controls the amount of 'chat time' allowed between map changes. Maybe its set really high.
