How can I display my text in the voting menu? For example, advertising text or information.

It's possible using a VotePass usermessage, but why would you want to do this? Not only is it obtrusive, but it also messes with any ongoing votes.

I need to display a message in this menu once per match. If anyone can help me with this, I would be very grateful.
