Got this idea for plugin to help to catch cheaters and so on...

This plugin creates fake spectator that always there. When admin with flag ban joins spectator team he/she takes place & name of this fake spectator. Also this plugin should block steam id from showing in 'status' command to help prevent cheaters finding out what it is admin who is spectating. Players will never know if admin spectating them or not & admin will see what players up to when admin is away ;)
