I wont fix anything now, it not a bugs, sounds need to have time to play, so if you have 10 sec due to infection it your problem, so also can change values in the code by yourselft, it won't be difficult, just open gamemodes.cpp

a) and which flag is needed for vip class?

b) First zombie have more than 40000 hp.

In zombieplague.cfg is 5000
in zombieclass.smx 5000 to

How can i reduce it?
c) How to disable nemesis for Escape maps?

at first thank you for your job, awesome mod !
Is it a way how to make game with bots more playable ? I mean When you play with bots, they arent moving much(often just staying at same place), sometimes they are only trying hitting each other (both are zombies) and their AI is very bad. I tried bot_difficulty 1000 but it didnt help. Any tips ?

Bots made by valve, i dont know how to make them more smarter

it depend on the map not the mod, some maps like deko2 bots are stuck there when they are infected, but on other maps like foda, dust... they are like real players
